Hudson Review

Hudson booked their yearly elite performers corporate break through Corporate Peaks, with 17 people heading off for 3 nights to the Portes du Soleil region. It was an amazing trip, and the reason behind that is down to the level of Service we received from Corporate Peaks. We were largely made up of novices who had never skied before, and so had little idea of what to expect. Corporate Peaks took on the whole workload and took accountability for every detail.

So that even if you didn’t take to the slopes too well, there would be a whole host of other activities available to the group.

What made Corporate Peaks so good? Read on…

High Praise – During the first phone call we gave them our rough brief, and from there they took the initiative and laid out an agenda for us. It became obvious that they are very professional and detailed, and are specialists in their field. They put together an itinerary that suited all levels of skiers and all range of interests, so that even if you didn’t take to the slopes too well, there would be a whole host of other activities available to the group.

Creating an itinerary is one thing, but what quickly became apparent to me is that there are so many unexpected twists and turns when you have such a large party on a skiing trip. Things never go perfectly because of the numbers and opinionated minds involved! This is where our hosts really came into their own. No problem fazed them, and every issue that arose was dealt with professional and consummate ease, and no sign of panic or stress. The two hosts, Holly and Megan, must have fielded a thousand requests of varying difficulty, and I can’t recall one being rejected, it was really impressive to view! Both Holly and Megan joined us at a number of the events, and it was great to have them around as they are both first-class human beings as well as uber-helpful with getting the rounds in!

As for the experience itself, I have to rate everything 10 out of 10. The chalet was luxurious, the chalet staff were waiting on us hand and foot, the in-chalet food was of Michelin standard, the private minibus drivers were virtually on-call 24/7, the skiing and views around Avoriaz were breathtaking, and the Snowboxx festival had so many things of interest to keep everyone knee-deep in fun. Possibly as much fun as I’ve ever had with my clothes on!

So…if you are finding yourself googling “corporate ski holidays”, stop with immediate effect, and give Corporate Peaks a call. You have no need to speak to anyone else.
